Apa beda antara Induksi dan Mesomeri ?

Saya selalu menyukai professor yang satu ini ketika kuliah. Ada saja yang dapat di jadikan inspirasi dari pemaparan kuliahnya. Biasanya kita kuliah kalau tiga sks hanya dua pertiganya membahas materi kuliah. Sepertiganya lagi mengenai semangat motivasi. Waktu itu ada beberapa mahasiswa yang mengambil kuliah kimia organic II masih sering lupa membedakan mana yang induksi dan mana yan mesomeri dalam suatu senyawa organic. Beliau langsung menanyakan kami,” kalau anda terluka pasti seluruh bagian tubuh anda merasakan sakit bukan?” ya kata kami serempak. “Itulah mesomeri. Tapi jika ada teman anda yang ikut melihat peristiwa itu juga merasa ikut sakit dan prihatin itu namanya induksi”, sambungnya.

APA YANG DIPERLUKAN UNTUK MENGHADAPI KEGAGALAN?

Calon wirausahawan harus siap gagal. Fahamilah makna kegagalan. Tanpa faham filosofi itu, jangan berpikir mau mengambil jalan menjadi wirausaha. Alasannya, ada yang sukses dalam usahanya, ada yang belum berhasil. Pengusaha mengetahui bahwa ”kegagalan” bukan akhir permainan dan tidak boleh takut mengalaminya. Ia menyadari dengan keberanian, bahwa bisa saja mengatasi sesuatu yang tidak mungkin untuk berhasil.

Menghadapi risiko, adalah gabungan kerja keras, kecerdikan, kehati-hatian, kecermatan membaca peluang dan kesiapan menghadapi kegagalan maupun keberhasilan. Happy ending sebuah ikhtiar adalah keberhasilan. Ini dicapai, tentu setelah melewati keberhasilan demi keberhasilan kecil, seperti keberhasilan menyingkirkan kesulitan dan bahaya. Proses ini dibangun dari kesungguhan melahirkan segenap potensi diri seorang wirausahawan. Dengan begitu, ia mengubah “kekalahan menjadi kemenangan”, sebuah proses yang kecil peluang pencapaiannya tanpa kesiapan mental menghadapi kegagalan. Kalau Anda termasuk yang tidak siap gagal, lebih baik jangan meniti jalan ini. Bahkan, mengimpikannya saja, jangan!

Setiap kegagalan adalah pelajaran yang mendorong pengusaha untuk mencoba pendekatan baru yang belum pemah dicoba sebelumnya. Bagi pengusaha sejati, “Berani Gagal” berarti “Berani Belajar”. Dengan gagal dan dengan belajar, pengusaha bertumbuh menjadi orang yang lebih baik dan belajar bagaimana menciptakan kekayaan sejati. Walaupun pengusaha kehilangan kekayaan materi yang telah mereka peroleh, mereka tahu bagaimana menciptakan semua kekayaan itu lagi. Pelajarannya tidak pemah hilang. Sebaliknya, mereka yang tidak pemah mengalami perjalanan yang sulit dan menemukan kekayaan dengan mudah, tidak akan tahu bagaimana menciptakan kekayaan ketika mereka kehilangan. Dengan kata lain, mereka yang tidak gagal tak akan tahu kekayaan sejati.

Gemerlap materi, pada komunitas bahkan kehidupan sosial yang serba benda (materialistis), lebih banyak memperoleh penilaian tinggi. Sebaliknya, siapa pun mengalami kegagalan, sudah mendapat stempel sosial sebagai manusia yang kehilangan harga. The looser dunia usaha, sering menjadi figur yang menghadapi titik balik sikap sosial terhadapnya. Dulu, saat masih jaya, ia banyak rekan dan kolega, setelah gagal dalam usahanya, hampir semua rekan dan kolega yang dulu mendukungnya, menebar senyum ramahnya, bahkan mengajak bermitra, hilang sudah! Akibat cara pandang seperti ini, banyak wirausahawan yang traumatik terhadap kegagalan. Ini, “awal kematian” benih-benih kewirausahaan. Semua pihak harus mengubah sikapnya: doronglah masyarakat menjadi pihak yang turut membangun keberanian banyak orang untuk respek terhadap ikhtiar orang meraih keberhasilan dalam bisnis. Gagal atau keberhasilan, bukan menjadi satu-satunya alasan menghargai atau meremehkan wirausahawan. Tentu, sembari tetap mentransfer sikap-sikap arif, bahwa dalam setiap kegagalan selalu ada pelajaran berharga. Seorang bijak berkata,”sukses hanyalah pijakan terakhir dari tangga kegagalan.”

Kita perlu menggalakkan orang untuk berani mengambil resiko. Hal ini membutuhkan pola pikir yang sangat berbeda. Untuk kita, itu berarti mengabaikan peraturan yang telah berlaku baik selama 30 tahun lebih.

Yang Diperlukan Untuk Menghadapi Kegagalan

Ada banyak pembahasan tentang tips menghadapi kesuksesan. Tetapi bagi kami, sama pentingnya, menyiapkan sejumlah hal untuk menghadapi kegagalan! Billy P.S. Lim, motivator kelas dunia yang berbasis di Malaysia, pernah menanyakan kepada peserta trainingnya tentang satu masalah menarik. ”Mengapa orang akan tenggelam apabila jatuh ke dalam air?”

Berbagai jawaban diberikan tetapi yang paling sering ialah ”Dia tak dapat berenang.” Yang hadir heran, karena Lim menyalahkan jawaban itu. Yang hadir mengira, Lim bercanda. Untuk menyakinkan mereka, Lim memberi contoh kejadian orang tenggelam di air sedalam tiga inci. Akhirnya, ia memberitahu jawabannya, yang akan ia berikan kepada Anda sekarang. Jangan ukur seseorang dengan menghitung berapa kali dia jatuh, ukurlah ia dengan beberapa kali dia sanggup bangkit kembali. Seseorang yang mampu bangkit kembali setelah jatuh, tidak akan putus asa. Menyedihkan, mendengar bahwa banyak orang seperti mereka, setelah sekali dua kali gagal, memilih untuk menetap di situ dan akhirnya mati sebagai orang yang sebenar-benarnya gagal, tersungkur, dan tidak bangkit lagi.

Apakah kualitas diri kita akan membantu bangkit kembali setelah kita terjatuh? Kualitas diri sendiri adalah sesuatu yang mesti saya sebutkan, karena kalau tidak, makna buku ini tidak sempuma.

”Tidak ada apapun di dunia ini yang bisa menggantikannya. Bakatpun tidak; Banyak sekali orang berbakat yang tidak sukses. Seberapa jauh Anda jatuh tidak menjadi masalah, tetapi yang penting seberapa sering Anda bangkit kembali.

Apabila Anda dapat terus mencoba setelah tiga kegagalan, Anda dapat mempertimbangkan diri untuk menjadi pemimpin dalam pekerjaan Anda sekarang. Jika Anda terus mencoba setelah mengalami belasan kegagalan, ini berarti benih kejeniusan sedang tumbuh dalam diri Anda. Seperti Thomas Alfa Edison, saat ditanya, bagaimana ia bisa bertahan setelah ribuan kali gagal? Penemu bola lampu dan pendiri perusahaan kelas dunia, General Electric ini menjawab,

Meskipun banyak analis meramalkan tentang pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 1999 dan menguji Baht Thailand, tidak banyak perusahaan yang bisa menandingi kemampuan kerja kelompok bisnis Heinceke.

Fantastis, hotel Heinecke mengalami kenaikan 24%, 246 restoran kelompok bisnisnya menarik lebih dari tak kurang dari lima juta pelanggan! Pada tahun 1997 kelompok perusahaan Heineke mengalami kerugian 1 milyar baht, tetapi setahun kemudian tiga perusahaannya yang telah go public, mendapatkan keuntungan bersih 500 juta baht, pada triwulan pertama tahun 1999, keuntungannya lebih banyak lagi.

Belum yakin, kegagalan, hanyalah sebuah tikungan tajam yang menuntut ”kendaraan” usaha, sedikit mengurangi kecepatan, lalu di depan, begitu melihat ”jalan mulus peluang”, Anda bisa menebusnya dengan kecepatan yang lebih tinggi. Bisnis Heinecke di Thailand, saat ini benar-benar telah pulih.

Regent Bangkok, salah satu hotel terbesar di Asia, tingkat huniannya tetap tinggi. Bagi Heinecke, ikut ambil bagian dalam kepemilikan saham Regent Bangkok yang dijual pada awal tahun 1999 merupakan tindakan yang tepat, setelah sebelumnya ia sudah memiliki saham Regent hampir 29%.

Apa kata Heineke tentang pelintasan bisnisnya yang penuh tikungan di masa krisis ini?

“Ini adalah persaingan dimana saya harus mengeluarkan segala strategi dan kemampuan yang telah saya pelajari : mempercayai intuisi, menggunakan jaringan kerja kontrak yang mapan, menggunakan sejumlah pakar dan merencanakan strategi-strategi dalam situasi yang selalu berubah cepat jika diperhatikan, persaingan ini merupakan mikrokosmos semua strategi. Saya berusaha menguji kemampuan saya dengan lawan-lawan yang benar-benar tangguh. Goldman Sachs, salah satu grup investasi terkuat di dunia ini, merupakan pemegang saham individu terbesar Regent Bangkok, tapi itu tidak berarti bahwa mereka bisa berbuat sesuka hatinya. Bila Semuanya Gagal

Tekun, mengerahkan segenap daya, dan masih gagal juga. Apa yang harus kita lakukan?

Saat gagal menimpa, kendati lelah dan kecewa berat, jangan matikan energi kreatif Anda. Tetaplah berpikir kreatif. Sempurnakan produk yang ada, atau hasilkan produk baru atau usaha baru yang mungkin belum terpikirkan.

Jangan terpaku pada karier dan keterampilan yang dimiliki, yang terlalu lama bersandar pada lingkungan di mana kita dibesarkan atau selama ini bergulat. Kadang kala apabila seseorang gagal setelah berusaha dengan tabah dan mengerahkan sepenuh tenaga untuk sekian lama, mungkin tiba saatnya ia mengkaji kembali bidang yang digeluti dan menilai apakah ia mampu untuk mendapatkan apa yang dinginkannya di bidang tersebut.

Banyak cara untuk mencapai tujuan hidup. Sebagian lebih cepat atau lebih lambat daripada yang lain. Sebagian kurang berisiko tetapi lebih lambat daripada yang lain.

Saran kami, janganlah terlalu kaku mengatakan bahwa Anda tidak bisa berubah. Kami sendiri, kerap berubah seiring dengan perkembangan in put dan stimulasi kondisi di sekitar kami. Tanpa itu, bagaimana mungkin kami menyusun sebuah buku, memberi pencerahan bagi banyak orang?

Kadang kala dalam kehidupan kita terpaksa menekuni bidang usaha yang berlainan dan kita mesti menyesuaikan segala keterampilan dan bakat yang tidak kita peroleh dari bidang-bidang usaha di masa lalu. Lalu? Salurkan kekuatan itu di bidang usaha yang baru. Mungkin, kita dipaksa mempelajari keterampilan baru, sebagai konsekuensi menghadapi tantangan serba-baru itu.

Pernahkah Anda bertanya bagaimana orang Jepang bangkit kembali dari kehancuran PD II untuk menjadi pengusaha ekonomi yang unggul saat ini? Dulu, produk Jepang sempat dinilai murahan, tidak berkualitas, dan stigma jelek lainnya. Tapi sekarang, sulit bagi kita untuk hidup tanpa barang-barang buatan Jepang di dalam rumah kita. Ini tidak hanya berlaku di Negara kita saja, tetapi bahkan di seluruh dunia.

Orang-orang Jepang tidak menciptakan mobil. Tidak juga kamera, kulkas, televisi, AC, mesin cuci, penghisap debu, film atau system perangkat audio berkualitas tinggi. Mereka tidak menciptakan banyak benda. padahal yang mereka lakukan ”hanyalah” meniru.

Hakikat :peniruan ala Jepang”, sarat pesan penting bagi calon entrepeneur. Di sana ada proses penyempumaan tanpa kenal lelah, sampai akhirnya ”tiruannya” lebih baik dari aslinya! Mereka menggunakan ”kreativitas” untuk menyempumakan barang yang sudah ada. Tak ada yang membantah, Jepang meraih suksesnya. Kultur entrepreneurship tumbuh subur di sana, menyebar menguasai dunia.

Jika Anda menyadari bahwa Anda tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan Anda pada suatu pekerjaan di mana Anda telah dilatih untuk melakukannya, latihlah atau lengkapi diri Anda dengan pekerjaan yang memberi peluang meraih yang lebih baik di masa depan. Janganlah gantungkan diri Anda pada satu keterampilan saja. Sebagai manusia, Tuhan memberi kita kemampuan untuk mempelajari keterampilan baru dan menerjuni bidang usaha lain. Jangan ”hidup-mati” Anda gantungkan pada satu bidang saja. Orang lain bisa sukses. Anda tentu juga bisa. hanya saja, ada yang lekas tercapai, ada yang masih berliku.

Multi dimensional worlds



Dark matter forms as three dimensional sphere, So, motion is in three dimensions and the matter is three dimensional.

If it forms as four dimensional sphere So , motion and matter will be four dimensional

If we imagine the dark matter as cubic form and any cubic composed of number of levels imbricate over its components.



If we imagine the dark matter as cubic form and any cubic composed of number of levels pleated over it selves.

And if we imagine that there are flat - two dimensional – creatures live in these levels and move from level to another level ……and so, four dimensional cubic is composed of three dimensional cubic pleated in ways which we can’t imagine it optically . And there are three dimensional creatures live in these three dimensional cubic and move between these cubics and the same way to the a four dimensional cubic… and so, and if we replace these cubics with a spheral form we can imagine the form of the multi dimesionals worlds. When we imagine the world as pleated and compressed sphere of dark matter that composed of other smaller spheres with less density and less dimensions





In other words , If we imagined the dark matter as a form of straight levels. The three dimensional world is composed of folding that levels over it selves. If we resembled these levels with the pages of a book . When we bend every page a lot of times . The page’s thickness will increase. And when we shut the book the two dimensional pages change to three dimensional form . If we imagine that we change every page of the book with another book and shut the first book every page from this last book will be a three dimensional form with strong thickness and and four dimensional form will be formed . And so if we put this four dimensional book in the place of every page in the first book and shut the book. Five dimensional book will be formed . We will find that we established multidimensional folder contains number of bended books composed of the flexible Dark matter.





When we want to make a cubic from cardboard. We draw six two dimensional squares then we close the form. Three dimensional cubic will be formed.

If we imagine that we change every square with cubic then when we close the form , A four dimensional cubic will be formed and the same , If we change every square with four dimensional cubic we will find that five dimensional cubic will be formed in the world and so ,

This is mean that ( the ether ) can be folded and stressed to form these multidimensional forms .

Because of folding the ether the ether had been compressed strongly and that makes the ether conveys by whirlpooling from the world which has compressed The ether and has the bigger number of dimensions to the world which has smaller number of dimensions and little condensation .

And by the moving of The ether between the dimensional worlds in the way which has been mentioned the time is composed and the moving of The ether is the responsible for whirlpools moving .



The two dimensional world and one dimensional world hasn’t sky . The two dimensional world’s sky is created with folding The two dimensional world. And the fist sky in the three dimensional world begins to appear.



To convey between different dimensional worlds the dark matter in zigzag track. To imagine that we imagine the moving of a dot from page in the first three dimensional book to another page in the seven dimensional book through a lot of folded books through all folds which had produced by the super folding.
